He is tech-savvy, very responsive, and works very hard. With Cody's help, we bought a condo for our daughter to live near her university. Cody showed us many properties meeting our criteria. He either brought us to tour those properties when we could be there or used FaceTime to let us tour the properties when we could not be there. We found the perfect condo meeting our needs and Cody helped us get it under multiple offers situation. Cody made sure everything was taken care and the transaction went smoothly, even though there were numerous issues with the condo including insurance claim for water damage to the downstairs neighbor unit when the property was on the market, the seller is a foreigner living abroad, etc. He even offered many kind helps to take care of the property after closing.
