Codi helped the reviewer buy this property

the man, the myth, the legend

Codi has been such a great help to me for not just one but two moves now. Of course these weren't easy ones at all, on his end or on mine. Everything was very last minute but he was never discouraged and made sure everything got done. When there was issues with the HOA, he was the first one to step in and stick up for me. On top of all that, he really did work around the clock 24/7. There were days where we were communicating at 11 pm and then again at 6 am to get every paper signed and money order written up. He even met up with me at dinner time one night to collect documents. I am very very grateful to have had Codi's help in this experience and I would not be in the home that I am in today without him. Thank you so so much Codi for all you did for me! I have recommended you before and I will continue to do so. Your work doesn't go unnoticed. Thank you for being the best (:
