Codi has been such a great help to me for not just one but two moves now. Of course these weren't easy ones at all, on his end or on mine. Everything was very last minute but he was never discouraged and made sure everything got done. When there was issues with the HOA, he was the first one to step in and stick up for me. On top of all that, he really did work around the clock 24/7. There were days where we were communicating at 11 pm and then again at 6 am to get every paper signed and money order written up. He even met up with me at dinner time one night to collect documents. I am very very grateful to have had Codi's help in this experience and I would not be in the home that I am in today without him. My experience with Codi was the best experience I could ask for in St. Lucie County. He started with me finding me a rental property. My family was staying in a hotel and Codi worked day and night to find us a home in my price range I could afford for rent. Sometimes I would ask Codi if he sleeps because I would wake up and see text messages from him. After 6 months of looking, Codi found a rental property for me and my family. He went out to the home, video called me while I was at work so I could see the home, called the owner of the home and we went under contract. He knew exactly what I wanted, what I liked, and what I needed in a home. He executed it with no problems and no hesitations. I know I can be difficult at times, Codi never went out of character nor gave up on me. After that process it took us a year to find a home for me to become a homeowner. He still stuck by me late night texts going back and forth with the owner and their team to make things happen for me. He even went through different lenders to make sure I was satisfied with the sale and the amount I would be paying on the mortgage. I wouldn't have anyone else on my team. I promise you, you wouldn't either.

Codi was with me and my mom from the very beginning of our home search. He demonstrated his knowledge of the real estate market, guided us in the selection of the right home of us and was there through the financing process. Even with the unexpected challenges which seemed to arise on a daily basis, Codi remained pleasant and professional. He was always a phone call away, no matter what time, day or night and never hesitated to make phone calls and/or send emails to the lender, seller's listing agent, and title company on our behalf. He was our advocate through the entire process. Codi went over and above for us. Knowing that we were not familiar with the area in which we purchased our home, he conducted research and found us businesses in the area that would help us with home improvements/enhancements. Purchasing a home can be very stressful, however, with Codi on your side, rest assured that he will work very hard for you and won't give up until you are in your new home.
