Coby was my agent and he came highly recommended by a friend. We started looking for a house in late December 2018 and closed my house on February 21. When my wife and I first met with Coby he took his time explaining the home purchasing process and what to expect during the process. We were first time home buyers and had a lot of questions and he made sure that all of our questions were answered. When we went to look for houses he was very patient with us. We never felt rushed, we went multiple times to the same houses to compare which one we like the most, he told us not to think about the time because his goal is to help us find the house we love. When we made an offer, Coby was going back and forth with the agent of the seller to make sure he can get us the best deal on the house and he involved us in every negotiation he made. Coby checked in with us constantly to make sure that the closing process is going as smooth as possible. Coby worked hard to get our offer accepted with the price we want. When the appraisal came back 10K less than the selling price, Coby called me the same day and advised me to go with the appraisal price no matter what happened. He told me there is a risk to lose the offer but he said that he does not want us to pay more than the market price. He saved me 10k although he was in risk to lose all of his hard work to get us the offer, he wanted to make sure that I will get the best deal on the house. In the end, we got the house for the price we want, and we are very happy. He made the whole buying process easy and we did not get stressed at all. I highly recommend Coby. In the future, if I buy or sell a house, I know that he is the man I can trust and rely on
