Clynt was great to work with!! Might not have been the area of normal focus for him(Ramsey, MN), however was always contacting other agents in the area and doing his own research. When we had showings or offers, he would always contact us immediately and give us advice on how to proceed. We dealt with a different loan type, a FEMA government relocation loan, Clynt immediately did his due dillegence and worked with the buyers agent to get us top dollar on our home(asking, no closing cost).
