Using Clynt as my realtor was a no brainer. He responded to all of my calls/texts/emails quickly. During negotiations he was very informative on how to counter an offer. Clynt made all of the paperwork available and easy to comprehend. If there was a question he was sure to answer it quickly. I will definitely be using Clynt again on my next sale or purchase!

Clynt was great to work with!! Might not have been the area of normal focus for him(Ramsey, MN), however was always contacting other agents in the area and doing his own research. When we had showings or offers, he would always contact us immediately and give us advice on how to proceed. We dealt with a different loan type, a FEMA government relocation loan, Clynt immediately did his due dillegence and worked with the buyers agent to get us top dollar on our home(asking, no closing cost). We had numerous offers, however Clynt was able to advise us to make the right decision. Clynt was helpful in gathering all closing documentation and was able to provide insight on what each document meant. We will definitely use Clynt in the purchase of our next home.
