The day he came to our house to evaluate it, he was honest and offered suggestions. He was realistic about pricing, how we could raise the value, and asked our bottom dollar. He then gave us a breakdown of each selling price and what we would be looking at as far as take away. He was on top of viewings. If we werent close he would go by and get the house ready himself. He kept us informed every step of the way and got us a fair price for our house. This man showed up at my house on closing day to help us load our final items, offered to haul things for us, and he took our donations for us so we had more room. All to make sure we made it to closing on time. He was always kind, honest, trustworthy, understanding, and engaged in helping us with every step of the way. 💜
