I was out of the country on business during my entire listing. Clint went above and beyond moving boxes, getting good photos, hiring a cleaner and a last-minute person to mow the grass, when my original choice did not show. He is a good communicator and negotiator. The entire process was smooth. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Clint was the best realtor choice I could have made. He is highly responsive, diligent, and makes it his mission to accomplish the job, whether selling or buying, in the best interest of the client. He commented to me that he "prides himself on it" and he actually does. I couldn't recommend him more highly, and will use him to sell another home, hopefully soon.

Clint kept an open line of communication with me to help me understand the best market price for my home and the best time to put it on the market. This hard-working man, always responded to any questions I had. I sometimes wondered if he ever got to sleep or rest. Clint was easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable to have him as my realtor. He seemed to know the exact time to put my house on the market and actually got me well over asking price, in less than 24 hours of listing. The day he came to our house to evaluate it, he was honest and offered suggestions. He was realistic about pricing, how we could raise the value, and asked our bottom dollar. He then gave us a breakdown of each selling price and what we would be looking at as far as take away. He was on top of viewings. If we werent close he would go by and get the house ready himself. He kept us informed every step of the way and got us a fair price for our house. This man showed up at my house on closing day to help us load our final items, offered to haul things for us, and he took our donations for us so we had more room. All to make sure we made it to closing on time. He was always kind, honest, trustworthy, understanding, and engaged in helping us with every step of the way. 💜

From the day we met Clint he made us feel like we were his only clients. If he said he was going to do it he did. He reviewed every listing we looked at heard what we didn't like and adjusted his search. Any question we had he would answer and explain different ways to make sure we understood. He was honest in his assessments of houses. He was very flexible on his availability to help accommodate our schedules. He went above and beyond the job requirements. He was on top of everything.
