When I first learned of Cliff Baker it was through a friend, Rich Weinmann who purchased his home through him. I told Cliff our whole situation. My husband’s credit hadn’t been the best, we were young when we got married and made a few mistakes financially. So I felt buying our first home was still so far away. He met with us first to make sure that we would work well together. He also got us into contact with a great mortgage officer. The mortgage officer was very understand and upfront. She told us everything we needed to do to get our credit where it needed to be to get approved for a home loan. The day we met with Cliff he told us what all we needed to be prepared to pay when it was time to complete the purchase. It was the end of May when we first met with Cliff, feeling as though we would just end up continuing to rent for another year at least. Within a short time with some hard work we got our preapproval! Cliff immediately started showing us houses we were interested in! We closed on our home smoothly and swiftly August 21! Without Cliff and the financial team he led us to we would still be in a rental property, not in the area we want to be in. 2019 Update: Since purchasing our Florida home we decided to move to Wisconsin. Cliff was there every step of the way and extremely patient in the sale of our Florida home. He did everything within his power and went above and beyond to get every dollar we could for our home!

Made the process of selling our home fairly easy. He met us, at our home, when it worked for us. He kept us informed of all potential buyers and any suggestions to help better market the home. Negotiations were simple and accurate. He communicated across multiple communication channels allows us to stay informed regardless of being at a PC or out at dinner with a quick txt.
