We got Cliff’s name from a friend/co-worker and we are glad we did. Buying from a long distance away is difficult and stressful but Cliff made it easy. He handled all the negotiations and paperwork professionally and timely. At one point our negotiations even included livestock and tractors and Cliff jumped right in. Throughout the entire process you could tell he cared and that matters. If you’re buying or selling Cliff is your guy.
We had to sell our home with a fairly quick turn around. Cliff knew exactly what we needed and how to make it happen. He had beautiful professional pictures done of our home and helped us prepare our home for the pictures! He knows what buyers want and what sellers need. He’s also fun to work with and has a top shelf sense of humor!

Cliff Baker provided us with excellent service during out time of need. Our home burned in Jan of 2021. Mr. Baker quickly found us a rental home to accomodate our family during a crisis time both personally (our home was not fit to live in) and market wise (there were only a few homes in our area which were for rent at astronomical costs). We were shocked at the bidding wars on homes after the dust settled. He guided us on the bidding process and helped us procure an amazing home for an excellent price. He went out of his way to show us the home and was available for questions and needs (he met the flooring people at the home before closing for a measurement). He also sold our property on which our former home sat. He had professional pictures made and developed a marketing plan for the vacant property. Cliff Baker is everything you would want in a realtor. He is patient and professional. He is kind and caring. He makes you feel like you’re part of his family and that he only wants the best for you. Cliff was a very committed realtor. His knowledge of the local market was spot on. He was helpful through the entire process from the initial walk through, offer, inspection to the closing.
