Clayton was great to work with. It was a rough year of trying to find a place but he always made it a good time.

From the very beginning Clayton was there to help. First think he asked was what my wants and needs were. From there he found me houses in my price range and budget. From getting me showings on my unusual schedule, to sending me a ton of houses Clayton was always out there working for me. We finally found a house that kind of fell into our lap and the stars aligned. I got the house for a fair price with everything I wanted and more. Clayton was there every step answering questions and giving advice. I def couldnt have done it with out him.

Before we got into town he had done a lot of research to find houses to show us. After finding a house we liked, we continued the purchase from out of state. Clayton made a stressful process much easier! Clayton is knowledgeable in all areas of the home buying process! I had questions regarding the loan my assigned Banker could not answer; Clayton knew all the answers! There were discrepancies with the appraisal of the home.... Clayton handled the discrepancies and requested a new appraisal...ultimately changing the overall price of the home! Clayton was on top of it every step of the way, I am very impressed with the service/ help we received. I provided a few examples, but I could really go on and on how Clayton did more than a realtor role requires to make sure our family was happy!
