Clayton went above and beyond with myself and my girlfriend throughout the entire process. I work 3rd shift in an emergency department as a staff nurse, with my secondary job being for the National Guard. My girlfriend also works 3rd shift in an emergency department. Clayton catered to our hours of availability and worked with both of us to find houses that fell within our humble financial means while offering an objective perspective of the homes and the potential challenges they were likely to become. Although our first and second home choices were bought up by cash offers from likely house flippers, Clayton was able to act as our liasion and go to bat for us multiple times so that we could have a shot in buying the home we finally closed on.

Clayton was great to work with. His personality put me at ease from the moment that first door opened on a prospective home. Where do I begin? From the very beginning of our time working together to both sell our house and buy a new home, Clayton has been nothing short of professional, communicative, insightful, and all around wonderful to work with. Clayton was super patient, and helpful. We seen a lot of terrible houses (I’m talking mold & mildew; pet pee smells; one house even had the roof falling in that we couldn’t see in pictures). Clayton was very polite and professional too. Always got back to me timely manner. I had one realtor who got kinda weird and assertive so I got rid of them, the other one took a month to get back to me about some houses I wanted to see, and another didn’t seem interested because I wasn’t willing to max out my limit. Clayton was everything I wanted in a realtor and more.

We were looking for a while for the perfect house. We lost quite a few due to the market but finally found one that had what we really wanted.
