My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Clayton Coombs while searching for our forever home. He took the time to find us a home that had everything we were looking for and more, in the area that we desired and was able to negotiate the price to get us the best deal possible ($28,000) under list price! In addition to this, he was able to work with the seller to pay $10,000 towards closing costs and include a free home warranty all while making the closing process a quick one and that fit our busy schedules. Clayton was always available to answer any questions, made things simple, and kept us updated throughout the process. Clayton also helped in arranging a free termite treatment to help us have peace of mind and put together a very thoughtful closing gift. He went above and beyond as a realtor and we would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home.
