Where do I begin, my journey for purchasing my home started years ago. I knew I wanted to buy I just wanted to make sure all of my ducks were in a row and to make sure I was doing everything correctly to ensure my purchase would be able to happen in the first place. After a years of keeping an eye on my spending, saving, credit (all that good stuff). Finally, reached out to Clayton with CC Fox Realty to inquire about my first official step to starting the process. We talked via text at first and instantly felt like he was everything I needed to make this purchase fun and easy! There was a lot of back and forth when I could actually get a pre-approval letter to start the search which was out of our control; my lender had to make that part happen. Eventually that time came and before we actually went to search Clayton was on it! Sent me tons of home for sale in my price range and in my desired areas around the greater phoenix area and some west valley options too. My first impression of Clayton was that he was on time, professionally dressed and well spoken. He walked through my home pointing out upgrades I had done that would help sell the house but also pointed out little things I could do to make my home show its best. He was very thorough walking me through the selling process & helping me understand how he would schedule my new house to close on the same day making it a seamless move. He then had a professional photographer come to my house to take outstanding pictures. We he waited to receive those he was already marketing my home as coming soon. He offered to do an open house the 1st day he officially put the house up for sale. Well I left for the day he did an open house where more than 30 people viewed my home. We ended up with multiple offers that Clayton broke down & helped me understand the pros/cons of each offer so I could make an educated decision. Long story short my home sold for more than any other similar homes in my neighborhood at that time. Clayton remained in touch through the entire process so I never had to worry. Everything went really smooth & I was able to move into my new home without a hitch!
