I rarely write reviews, but in this case it is well deserved. Full disclosure, Clayton is a friend of mine and (probably like a lot of people) I had several friends who were realtors. When I decided to sell my house I wanted a full-time realtor and decided to use Clayton. I was blown away by his work ethic and knowledge of the industry. He used every marketing outlet imaginable and had professional photos taken on his own dime. Priced above market value I had a full-price offer within a week of listing. I wouldn’t think twice about using him again. If you’re in need of a quality realtor and want someone who will put in the extra effort, I can’t recommend Clayton enough.

Clayton, is a great Realtor and person. I had a project that was just horrible. The discount flat fee Realtor's were doing nothing. This is a review of Fox Realty and not the other guys. But the other guys went as far as to make a mistake and let my listing expire after I had just literally called them to complain about their service not 48 hours earlier. Well that lead to me getting a flood of calls and one of them was from Clayton. I give him a shot and I liked his attitude. I went on to not regret it. He doesn't know it until he reads this review but for this business account I was down to my last few hundred bucks and needed this messed up project sold. Thanks to his advice and work I got it sold literally just in time. A few months later I decided to liquidate a couple of home under another company and I called on him. Two more homes sold in the same month with him. Yeah, I recommend him.

Amazing doesn't even begin to describe Clayton's work. He went above and beyond our expectations. We have bought 2 houses and sold one house through Clayton and would definitely recommend using him as your realtor. Clayton is flexible, professional, extremely knowledgeable, timely, great communicator, and thoughtful. When our family grew and it was time for a bigger home, Clayton got the ball rolling right away with marketing and educating us on what our responsibilities were and advice on how to sell quickly. Through his actions we were able to get multiple offers on our house within 2 days and get a contract. He always worked with us on setting up times to look at houses no matter how last minute. I rarely felt stressed in the buying and selling process, but if/when I was stressed Clayton always took my calls and answered questions and concerns right away and offered helpful advice. I can tell Clayton loves what he does and he is very thoughtful of his clients. We first bought a house in 2014 and he kept in touch via email and would send updates every now and then, not to mention little surprise birthday gifts or holiday cards. We recently sold and bought a new house within this last month and Clayton went out of his way to make and send us a picture book of our first home so that we can show our daughters when they grow up because that was their first home as well.

Clayton did a great job for us. He went above and beyond everything I expect of a realtor. From keeping us well informed at every turn; to even coming and helping us pack and load our rental truck on the day our house closed. n nGreat job Clayton. I'm not sure where to begin. Clayton is beyond awesome and I would hire him again in an instant. It started with a move to another state. My husband had transferred to Houston and I was left with the unwanted task of selling our home. I have 5 close realtor friends and decided I wanted a full time realtor that would work hard at selling the house. Well he did and went above and beyond. Before he listed, we came up with a nice list of recent updates, he had a professional take pictures for a hand out that was beautifully done in color, and advertised everywhere u can imagine. We listed on a Saturday and he held an open house that day. Almost 30 families toured my home and he had gigantic flags on the busy road outside my home to advertise. We had multiple showings daily and ONLY 6 days later we had 3 full-priced offers with one paying $5,000 more than we were asking. It was tiring for me as a home owner to keep showing it, but I wanted it sold fast and Clayton was there every step of the way to support my feelings. I consider Clayton Coombs to be a professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and a good friend. He is hungry to sell ur house as much as u want it sold and will do everything he can to make it happen.
