I have kicked the tires on buying a home for over 15 years. Prior to meeting Clay, I had not had any good experiences with realtors. I have worked with 4 in the past. They never respected the budget I gave them, and it seemed like all the feedback I gave them was ignored. Clay respected the budget I had, and he listened to all of my feedback in several showings. He is extremely knowledgeable about houses: outside, inside, under the house, in the attics, the houses pros and cons. He was always honest, and never left a question or request unanswered.
