Claudy is the BEST seller I have ever encountered.She was able to sell my house for 43k more than the same exact house,same subdivision,exact condition as the one that was sold a month earlier.She sold another house for me previously and also got 20k more than anticipated.She is extremely knowledgeable and thinks out of the box.She has the brains to get the best price that I could have hoped for ,the charm to get multiple offers,and the looks to attract many buyers.Next time want to sell my house I will Go through her.A miracle worker.This review can’t do Justice to how good she is,compared to anyone I have ever sold a house through.The sale went through as the Market is cooling down.I would not have been able to get an equal price for it if I waited any longer,and this was sold after the market had peaked.Super happy with her.

Claudy is beyond excellent.She is VERY sharp and knows her stuff.She got the property a very good price and helped a lot in the whole process.Between the many houses that I have bought and sold throughout the years,she probably was the best.She is smart ,and has extensive knowledge of Real Estate.The other Realtors that I have throughout the years were just sellers,she is a creative wiz.I will use her again in the future and I will direct my family and friends to her as well.
