Sale of Home.
Claudia did an exemplary job in the selling of our property. From the moment we retained her services she kept us informed of all the necessary steps to a successful preparation of viewing by realtors/ potential buyers, inspections and repairs needed to get VA approval of sale. Thanks to her experience in real estate we were able to sell our propertyfor a higher amount than anticipated. We would highly recommend Claudia Pineda in the sale or purchase of your home.
