And we looked at many houses we looked at a total of 30 houses and Claudia never showed any frustration at our pursuit for our home. She can walk through a house and give you every detail of the construction and can point out any flaws that most people would never notice. Claudia is like family and went way over the typical real estate agent’s abilities in helping us. And she seamlessly processed our home pursuit and linked us with the VA loan process, and the Escrow process, everything was seamless, painless, and almost fun. The paperwork was all done by DocuSign. I could not have asked for a more professional, caring agent; and she even has contacts in every aspect, including the selling agents. Despite all the drama my ex-wife caused, she was able to sell my house. She was professional and understood what had to be done to attract new buyers.
