Claudia was great! She got many people to look at the property. We got many offers the second day it was listed! We accepted an offer over the asking price. Claudia explained the whole process and she was really easy and pleasant to work with.

She was the best agent. Our house sold in two days for $20,000 over list. We had 15 offers and gigantic numbers of people at the open houses. She took care of all the paperwork and explained everything. The recent negative review of Ms. Gardner is from my sister. We were co-owners of what was my dad's house. We don't get along. There are reasons for that. My sister was always laughing and chatting happily with Ms. Gardner whenever I heard them, including after the house was sold. My sister wanted the house listed for $50,000 under what we listed it for, to sell it quicker, and even though my sister agreed to the change, was apparently secretly angry at Ms. Gardner for representing both of us.
