Ms. Dizenzo couldn't have been more informative and helpful. She understood the kind of house we wanted and didn't waste our time showing other kinds; she informed us up front of any defects or possible difficulties in the houses. She knew a lot about the relative merits of the schools in the area and other things of importance such as which streets get snow-plowed promptly and which don't. I don't think we could have had a better guide.
