I cannot recommend Claudia highly enough. When most realtors wouldn't even return our phone calls Claudia stuck with us through multiple viewings through closing. She was professional, thorough, compassionate and attentive. She provided detailed, accurate information about the house we eventually bought and went above and beyond constantly. My wife and baby and I are very grateful for finding Claudia.
Ms. Dizenzo couldn't have been more informative and helpful. She understood the kind of house we wanted and didn't waste our time showing other kinds; she informed us up front of any defects or possible difficulties in the houses. She knew a lot about the relative merits of the schools in the area and other things of importance such as which streets get snow-plowed promptly and which don't. I don't think we could have had a better guide.
