Claudia always very helpful, friendly, reliable and always on task. Claudia was always very professional and explained not only the purchasing process but also the lengthy documents that were presented to us at each turn to make sure we understood them. She was kind enough to always be present when showing us properties and working with us. She made the whole home buying experience very pleasant.
