20 some years in management and ownership of a successful multi store operation in the retail industry has given me the perfect training to focus on the number one priority: My customer's satisfaction. I know what it takes to get the job done! Dedication, honesty, perseverance are all ingredients needed to reach a healthy bottom line. I specialize in the Palmer Ranch area of Sarasota and Siesta Key among many other regions including Lakewood Ranch to south Venice and everywhere in between. I have helped many buyers and sellers from various parts of the world in achieving their real estate goals as well. I also specialize in investment properties, and vacation homes. The key is to never "Rest on my Laurels" and keep on learning, adapt to new market conditions,find new ways of doing business, that will benefit my customers. My other completed courses , accredited by the National Association of Realtors include, the Luxury Home marketing course, The CRS course, the CIPS and the three week long GRI course.
