Not sure 2000 characters is enough to detail how grateful I am to have had CJ as my realtor. I was originally working with another realtor at another company and, long story short, ended up losing $10k in earnest funds due to the realtor's lack of transparency, knowledge, and communication. When I was assigned CJ it was instantly a breath of fresh air. He took the time to listen to my past grievances and understand the situation I was in for my second go around. I knew he was experienced from the time he sent me the initial document to understand what I was looking for to the last day of closing. Sending me properties that were actually to my liking, going to the houses so I can get a virtual tour, being honest and upfront about properties visited, communicating well between the sellers and myself...all wonderful traits I believe a realtor should possess. The above and beyond? Sending me contacts for household services I needed. Offering to mow my lawn if I couldn't find anyone. Driving from his area to mine to pick-up my trash since the service had yet to start. I know I'm forgetting things, but those are the beyond above and beyond things he did. It felt like I was working with a family member. You can tell he truly cares about his clients and not just his commission. I highly recommend CJ as your GA realtor because you WILL be blessed.

CJs knowledge of the home buying process was superb. He answered questions quickly and knowledgeably. And if he wasn't sure if something he found the answer promptly. He made the homebuying process simple and easy to understand even after I bombarded him with repeat questions. He was strong when "fighting" for me when I made multiple offers, some of which fell through. He knew the right words to say to the other realtor and really had a positive impact on the homebuying process. He's a good person, a good realtor and a good friend.
