Not sure 2000 characters is enough to detail how grateful I am to have had CJ as my realtor. I was originally working with another realtor at another company and, long story short, ended up losing $10k in earnest funds due to the realtor's lack of transparency, knowledge, and communication. When I was assigned CJ it was instantly a breath of fresh air. He took the time to listen to my past grievances and understand the situation I was in for my second go around. Driving from his area to mine to pick-up my trash since the service had yet to start. I know I'm forgetting things, but those are the beyond above and beyond things he did.
