Clair worked around our searching from a distance. She knew the neighborhoods we had interest in and made it possible for us to zero in on an area that met our needs. When we asked about a property she was right there with MLS sheet, owner disclosure and background of property. When we finally met on a visit to the area and actually look at properties, she guided us and helped us find the property we eventually purchased. Clair showed us how a true professional gets down to business once the offer / counteroffer phase began. I was ready to make a full price offer, and she produced all the comps and helped us formulate a realistic offer. Clair also was a wealth of knowledge for us coming into a new State with all the information about everything from utilities and best places to eat and stay.
