Attentive, informative, excellent!

I had such a wonderful experience listing my lot with Claire. She was attentive, checking in with me to keep me informed of her progress with the listing and letting me know about potential buyers. She was very informative, telling me a lot about the market and the area and helping me understand when people will be looking most to buy, what I could expect for offers given the current market, etc. Her professionalism and communication were great. She was quick to inform me of offers and counter offers and even when the listing was not receiving a lot of attention she would communicate what she was doing to increase its visibility. I truly felt that she had my best interest at heart the whole time it was a pleasure to work with her and I am grateful for her help.
