Claire helped the reviewer sell this property

My husband and I were hesitant to work with a Realtor and were considering doing For Sale By Owner. However, after meeting with Claire, we changed our minds. Claire was enthusiastic in her approach, confident in her ability to make a good sale, and detailed in her knowledge the area. The pictures that she directed were excellent and many made comments on how beautiful the house looked. Claire worked with us as we negotiated prices, chose open houses dates, and decided on a contract. Our home was sold quickly. I would recommend Claire and her team.
