Claire made the overwhelming task of selling my house an enjoyable one. She and her team had everything covered and kept me well informed and educated on the whole process. From her first visit with advice on staging and what to do to put my home in the best light for buyers. I had good traffic and more than one offer to choose from. She also walked me thru all the paperwork and explained it in a way that I feel I completely understood. After packing and moving I don’t want to have to do it again any time soon but when I do I’ll call Claire!

Jan gives 200%. She provides valuable guidance with respect to preparing your property for sale and superior support through the entire process including closing. She discovered 2 cartons that the movers left behind and ran the vacuum over the first floor since we were out of state during closing. She is better than the best!!!!
