Claire made the overwhelming task of selling my house an enjoyable one. She and her team had everything covered and kept me well informed and educated on the whole process. From her first visit with advice on staging and what to do to put my home in the best light for buyers. I had good traffic and more than one offer to choose from. She also walked me thru all the paperwork and explained it in a way that I feel I completely understood.
