With having to sell the home from long distance and having to make several repairs, Claire was a tremendous resource for contractors and effectively coordinated the work that had to be done. She was aggressive in the sale of the home and was effective during the negotiations given the difficult buyers we had to deal with. Being across the country Claire kept us regularly informed, was very responsive, and is an excellent communicator. She helped clarify and explain things as needed and was on top of every step of getting the house up for sale through closing. Bottom line I don't think we could have sold the house as quickly or for the price without having Claire as our Realtor. I would highly recommended her.
