From the beginning of the selling process, Claire was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She consistently provided open and honest communication. Through the multiple and often stressful steps involved in selling a house, Claire empowers her clients to make informed decisions. She represented us well to the buyers' agent during contract negotiations. In addition, Claire went above and beyond in facilitating appointments with contractors for evaluation and completion of house repairs. We highly recommend Claire to anyone looking for an exceptional real estate agent.

Claire did a great job with our listing and we had an offer in a couple days after listing. Claire stayed in communication with us frequently during the process and help us navigate the home selling process very effectively knowing our priorities. I highly recommend Claire and her team!
