When we started the search I had heard so many nightmare stories of what people were going through to purchase a home in this market that I was sure it was going to be a very stressful experience. C.J. listened to what our needs were, answered questions and set clear expectations throughout the process. At no point did we not know what was going on, what was needed and what would happen next. We may not have had a trunk full of cash but we had the next best thing in C.J.'s guidance, support and advocacy as the buyer. 11/10 would recommend him.

CJ was a fantastic realtor for me. He is professional and knowledgeable. Due to a lack of decent homes for me to view he was extremely patient with my inability to find one for quite awhile. However he found one for me that he insisted I see which not only was “the one” but made sure I was able to procure it immediately.
