We cannot thank Cissy enough for helping us find our new home. We first met Cissy at an open house and I knew she was the right agent for us when she was able to schedule us to view a home I was interested in, within the hour. (I had previously called a Redfin agent and they told me I'd have to wait until the next day.) Additionally, Cissy's vast experience in real estate from the realtor side and lending side I found very beneficial to help first-time home buyer's like us navigate this new process. Cissy has a way to make what could be a very stressful situation for many people, incredibly smooth and she she always kept us up to date. In fact, I never had to call on her for updates, as she truly anticipates the needs of the client, and made this experience for us a very positive one. We love our new home, and we will recommend Cissy to all our friends and family!
