Cissy was absolutely PHENOMENAL! This was my first time buying a home and she walked me through the ins and outs of the process and answered every question I had. She is patient, kind, knowledgeable and reliable. I was looking for a home with her for about a year. I was pretty particular in what I wanted and Cissy used her realty knowledge and experience to find the niche little home I desired that was within my budget and location radius. I feel very lucky to have gone through my first home buying experience with Cissy, I highly recommend her if you are looking to buy a home!

(I had previously called a Redfin agent and they told me I'd have to wait until the next day.) We absolutely loved working with Cissy. We live out of state and were looking to purchase a condo for our kids while they attend college in Tempe. Cissy went above and beyond our expectations. She picked up our girls so they could tour the condo, provided us with several connections to help with remodeling, furniture purchases, and cosmetic repairs. We had no idea how to manage this process living 1,200 miles away, but Cissy stepped in and helped us with everything we needed. This extended beyond the scope of work I have experienced with any realtor. There were things she helped us with after the sale of the condo as well, this included having a truck load of packages sent to her home, meeting our transportation vendor to sign for delivery of a car, and checking in with our girls to make sure they had everything they needed. Not only did Cissy help us with all the extras, her in-depth knowledge and negotiation skills helped us snag a deal. Communication was also remarkable. Hands down the best experience I have had and I highly recommend Cissy.

A true team player, she anticipates needs, understands individual roles and converts obstacles into progressive steps which gets a deal done. Though consistently detailed, she remains personable and big picture. She was recently brought into a problematic transaction of mine and produced a very positive result.
