Prior to putting our home on the market, Cindy was able to walk us through our home and make suggestions on what we could do to get our home market-ready, while reassuring us at the same time that we were in the driver's seat and could use as many or as few of the suggestions she offered. We implemented all of her suggestions and we are thankful we did! I might mention that throughout this process, Cindy was checking in regularly to see if we needed anything at all. I think this is what made us so thankful for Cindy...In a market that is as crazy as it has been, we truly felt as if we were Cindy's only clients (even though we knew otherwise) because her service was so incredibly personal. Cindy's expertise certainly paid off as our home sold far above asking, which wasn't necessarily a product of just market conditions. It was a product of hard work, dedication, and really understanding us, our home and the neighborhood and how to market it effectively (her photographer was amazing, too)! I'm not one to write reviews, but I honestly can't say enough nice things about Cindy. We can't recommend her enough and, should we ever need a realtor in the future, Cindy will certainly be it!
