We had lived in our house for 55 years and were overwhelmed with the process of preparing the house for sale and then the actual paper work and all. Cindy gently guided us through each stage. First the fixes and staging, then the open houses and finally the sale. And of course she understood the tears. She was always able to answer our question with wisdom and professionalism. We sold our house after 4 days on market. We could not have done it without her.
We came into this deal a bit of an underdog. We had financing secured but we were not as strong as another offer. Cindy negotiated outside of the monetary realm by alleviating the stress of the seller by allowing the sale to close but also giving them time to move into their home. There were so many great details than went along with the house and Cindy made sure that we were aware of them and how to fully take advantage of what they had to offer. This deal came about quickly we had to get the home inspections done fast with short notice. Cindy had recommendations that we could choose from and they came through within 2 days. Cindy was super flexible and was able to meet the inspector within a moments notice and get the reports back and reviewed over the weekend so we could complete the sale of the house. From the beginning to the end Cindy was all about us and making sure we were comfortable with every step and not pushing just to get a sale done. The house is wonderful but if it wasn't we are confident she would have encouraged us to wait for another one. I can't wait to buy another house so we can work with Cindy again.
