Cindy was recommended to us by a local roofing company.  We live out-of-state and wanted to sell the property.  We had a tenant living on property. Cindy worked directly with the tenant throughout the selling process. She coordinated the open house(needed only 2), appraisal and any and all transactions with the tenant.  Cindy has strong communication skills.  We were kept informed during the entire process.  This was not a vanilla deal and yet she handled every bump with integrity, utilizing her vast real estate experience during the negotiation process. We highly recommend Cindy for her strong communication skills and ability to navigate through difficult transactions to get to a closing.
