This is my third purchase of a home and second sale of a home using Cindy as my Realtor. Cindy knows not just the market, but has in-depth knowledge of the micro- and macro-economics at play and makes incredibly thorough and thoughtful recommendations to ensure we (1) get the house we really want and (2) pay the right price for it. Cindy's sense of urgency always exceeds expectations - she makes moves (offers, counters, etc.) at the right time and provides incredible counsel when it comes to how to tackle next steps (sleep on it, counter immediately, when to be nit-picky and when not to be). The best part: Cindy is a one-stop shop. For the second time, she got me into a house that needed work - renovations can be daunting when you don't know where to start. Further, Cindy is there beyond the sale.
