So how do you buy a house in Florida when you live in Connecticut and don't know any Realtors in Florida?. Lucky for us my cousin in NH family has been in the business for many years, I asked Maggie to find the best Realtor in Clermont, Minneola, Leesburg area and Maggie recommended Cindy Rosenbloom, and We are glad she did!! So down to Florida we went with a month to find a new home. From day one Cindy made us feel welcome and assure us she and her staff were ready for the task of finding us a new home. A day did not go by without Cindy or someone else on the staff be in touch with us checking on listing, and scheduling showing. We looked at A LOT of houses, some twice, but Cindy didn't mind. We found are dream home and during the offer process and the inspections and reinspection's Cindy was with us step by step. During the closing process Cindy's staff was extremely helpful thru-out. As we went to move in, we found a beautiful blue bow on the front door and a great welcome basket waiting for inside.
