Cindy is great at what she does. She is willing to listen to what you want and try anything. Unfortunately we put our house on the market about one week too late and ended up dropping our price quite a bit, but this had nothing to do with Cindy. It was strictly due to the market and people worrying about the turn of the market and interest market hikes as well as I needed to get out of the house as soon as possible due to a move across country. Again, the sale price of my house had nothing to do with Cindy, just Biden and the economy. Cindy went above and beyond to help me out. My vacuum broke just before the open house so she let me borrow one of hers until the day I closed. She was also very helpful in getting the roof replaced, again willing to go above and beyond the call of duty. Cindy also has great knowledge on the rules of buying and selling homes.
