The whole process was a good experience that left me happy. Yes, its gets tiring during the looking but Cindy knew the area I wanted and the price and worked hard for me to get a match. She knows the market and thanks to GPS, knows how to get there! I would work with her again if the need arrises.

Cindy is great at what she does. She is willing to listen to what you want and try anything. Unfortunately we put our house on the market about one week too late and ended up dropping our price quite a bit, but this had nothing to do with Cindy. It was strictly due to the market and people worrying about the turn of the market and interest market hikes as well as I needed to get out of the house as soon as possible due to a move across country. Again, the sale price of my house had nothing to do with Cindy, just Biden and the economy. Cindy went above and beyond to help me out. My vacuum broke just before the open house so she let me borrow one of hers until the day I closed. She was also very helpful in getting the roof replaced, again willing to go above and beyond the call of duty. Cindy also has great knowledge on the rules of buying and selling homes.

Cindy was recommended to us by a friend. We are so happy we chose to work with Cindy. Our property was a problem due to expansive soils. Cindy called in 2 other people with more experience with this type of issue for advice. The 5 of us worked so well together as a team. We had the same values, the same outlook for a new home for us, and they were so very supportive in the emotional ups and downs we had in looking for another home. In fact, the 5 of us are good friends now and we will be seeing one another in the future on a personal basis. It was very nice to be able to call her when I felt I would have an emotional meltdown--Starbucks became very important to our talks. I cannot thank Cindy and her team members enough for getting us through this process.

Cindy is an amazing real estate agent. She has been with us through all four house purchases. She is always patient and organized and it makes the process so much easier. She also does not impose on the search process. She adds her opinions when needed but ultimately allows the buyer to run the show. I would hands down recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy a home.
