She suggested a listing price. We discussed it and settled on a price that I was happy with and listed it, all within a week. She already had an open house scheduled for the following weekend. We talked about the pros and cons of each and I was able to make an informed decision. Within a week it was under contract and sold soon thereafter. Cindy knows her job, works tirelessly (even on weekends and when on vacation!), is always smiling and upbeat, explains the bumps and hurdles, and communicated with me throughout the whole process.
