Made the process as easy as it could conceivably be, particularly since I am not local. She made all the legwork happen and let me know what she needed from me step by step. When the property needed some repairs in order to be more marketable she found a someone right away with very reasonable rates which ended up returning a significant profit. Very friendly and professional.

Cindy guided us through getting the house ready to sell and make it presentable for viewing. She also brought in a photographer to shoot the inside and outside of the house for advertising and showing. She was very prompt on our questions and very organized on the details. Cindy was wonderful through the entire process. We put our house up for sale just when the Covet 19 shutdown hit and Cindy kept her wonderful positive attitude while working hard to make sure we used all the latest technology to show our house online using great photography, computer imagery including 3 d and doll house views from above as well as making sure that we were protected when we were able to show the house to visiting potential buyers and agents. She was always available, knowledgeable, patient, kind and went out of her way to to do the little things.
