Cindy is an experienced real estate professional with a lot of connections and relationships within Steamboat. Cindy is very responsive and was always willing to support us with various items throughout the process which was great as we are no longer living in the area. Cindy was patient while we looked for the right one. She listened to what I wanted and showed me a few options across a limited scope to get a better idea of how I reacted to each. Once we had that dialed in, she wasn't pushing me above or below my needs and wants. More importantly, she was NOT a yes man. If she thought the property was priced too high or too low, she let me know. If she thought my offer was off, she pushed hard against me to not waste everyone's time with bidding wars. She set reasonable expectations and over delivered. Very few agents/brokers excel at that. Sometimes you walk away feeling like it was a bit of a bait and switch and I never felt that even remotely with Cindy. As we came up on the Due Diligence/Option period expiration she reminded me that I was NOT obligated to follow through with the transaction if I wasn't feeling it. Good and gentle nudges at the right times. Truly a great experience and a lot of fun to work with.
