Cindy is an experienced real estate professional with a lot of connections and relationships within Steamboat. Cindy is very responsive and was always willing to support us with various items throughout the process which was great as we are no longer living in the area. She set reasonable expectations and over delivered. Very few agents/brokers excel at that. Sometimes you walk away feeling like it was a bit of a bait and switch and I never felt that even remotely with Cindy. As we came up on the Due Diligence/Option period expiration she reminded me that I was NOT obligated to follow through with the transaction if I wasn't feeling it. Good and gentle nudges at the right times. Truly a great experience and a lot of fun to work with.
