Cindy's company is called "Simply the Best". How appropriate for that is what she is. I've bought and sold over six homes in my life and can without a doubt say that this person is a five star professional. She texts, emails, calls and makes herself available at "your" convenience. Cindy listed the property at just the right price based on her market analysis and it sold within two weeks of the listing, and this during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays! How'd she do it? To begin with, she provided the staging for our empty home using her own professional staff using part of her commissions. No out of pocket expense for us! But that's not all. This dear woman also used part of her own furnishings from her own house at just the right places in the home. Result, the home looked like it could be in a Better Homes and Gardens magazine. I said, "what if it doesn't sell for a long time". You going to live in a partially furnished house during the holidays? Her response? We will sell it within a few weeks and close within 45 days. No hesitation, and guess what? We got a solid offer within two weeks and closed within 45 days. How many realtors do you know that would go to such lengths for her clients? Communication during the listing, negotiations and closing is critical to a successful sale and timely closing. Weekends, late night, no problem with her. Why was that important? Well when you live out of state almost 2000 miles away from where the property for sale is located, you want to be in close touch with what is going on. We literally let Cindy handle all of the negotiations and were very satisfied. In short, we allowed this because she had earned our trust in such a very short time. All anyone who buys or sells a home really needs to know about the realtor they choose is....do they have the expertise, can you trust them and can they sell your house. Cindy is a big "Yes" to all three! May her kind increase!
