After making the decision to move it was time to find a real estate agent. We were given several recommendations. We contacted each agent recommended to us. Cindy shone above the rest due to her personal touch and knowledge of the area and market. She spent time talking to us and listening. She followed up with personalized communication and didn’t send the basic follow up “form letter “ with our name filled in. We were purchasing our home while living out of the country. Needless to say that was a lot of extra work for her. She previewed homes, sent videos, and kept us current when a new property came up. We found our perfect home and her service continued to be exemplary! Throughout the entire experience her communication with us was impeccable. She helped us every step of the way and never left our side. We were not just clients… she truly cared that we find the perfect home for us. She was a wonderful negotiator and had an army of expert craftsman to inspect the home and come us with issues (if any). She helped the communications with the sellers and agents and mortgagees.
