I've been with Cindy for sale/purchase of 3 houses and she is perfect at it. Our story is unique...Cindy was patient and understanding of the fact that my elderly mom needed to sell the only home she ever known for the past sixty five years. The house was built and in the same family for over 80 years. The problem was the buyer...who was a licensed real estate person with out a professional bone in her body! This started the day she saw the listing posted and begging to get Into the house Prior to everyone else before the showing...even went over an walked around the property. My mother was startled someone had the nerve to walk around her property with out permission, as she said trespassing.. but Cindy comforted and helped my mother understand the process and assured her it would all work out. This was just one of many issues that we had that Cindy smoothed over. She was a true professional that cared about her elderly client an her well being. I appriciated all she has done she went above and beyond to help this sale go smoothly..returned every phone call, email and text. As for the other realtor she should be ashamed of herself!
