Experience. It was incredibly important for us to have a realtor that knew the business, and that could give us information and direction that came from real life experience, and not a handbook. For us, that was invaluable. Cindy not just met, but far exceeded all of our expectations. Her professionalism, encouragement, and fun personality, were all just the sprinkles on top.
